The community of Weybridge marked a significant milestone on Saturday, 22nd November 2025, as we officially celebrated the Charter of the new Rotary Club of Weybridge. Held at the scenic Weybridge Cricket Club, the afternoon was a perfect blend of tradition, community spirit, and local fellowship.

A Warm Welcome

The event kicked off with guests arriving to the warm and friendly atmosphere of Prince’s Road. The rooms were filled with a mix of Rotary leaders, local community guests, and founding members.

The formal proceedings included short but heartfelt addresses on the purpose of Rotary, the global organisation, the goals of our own local branch, and how these efforts work together.

Fellowship and Future Plans

Following official charter presentations, we relaxed into a wonderful afternoon makign new connections and enjoying the hospitality of the Cricket Club.

The energy in the room was a testament to the appetite for a new service-focused organisation in the area. We are thrilled to officially join the global Rotary family and can’t wait to get to work.
